Additional Rules
Make your stay a stress-free experience by following our house rules:
– Check–in starts at 4 PM, and check-out is before 10 AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests. We will always do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs if our schedule allows.
– Noise levels must be kept down from 10 PM to 9 AM to maintain a peaceful environment.
– The minimum age to book is 25, and someone aged 25 or older must be present throughout the stay.
– We have a strict’ no pets’ policy to maintain a harmonious environment for all our guests.
– To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy inside the house. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes.
